Frequently asked questions & tips

  • Has the PC been switched on by the X-ray system? If not, it is also necessary to restart the practice computer after switching on the X-ray system computer.
  • Is the PC connected to the Internet from the X-ray system? This can be checked using the TeamViewer status, for example.

Restarting the computer from the X-ray system may help. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

Has a blank CD been inserted? It may help to try again with another blank CD. Alternatively, the CD can also be created using another PC in a consulting room.

  • The "daily visual inspection" is a visual check of the findings monitor. A weekly check is mandatory. During this check, the name and date are also automatically logged in the system.
  • Patient data can also be entered manually if the interface to the practice management software is not working or has not been set up. The surname, first name and patient number can be entered manually via the "Patient" tab using the "New" button.
  • At the end of the working day, the patient registration / work list should be empty to avoid errors. Unused entries must be deleted and open examinations closed.
  • If patient data has been entered incorrectly, you can simply select the "Change patient data" function in the "Lists" area via the "More" button and correct the incorrect data.
